    Came in Istanbul to relax and have fun, this brand-new hotel was nice place for doing it. I loved the room, the bed was extremely comfy. The breakfast was assorted, had a really nice stay for my business trip. The staff were courteous, unbeatable and best possible location near everything. Moreover, it's near to a metro station, restaurants, cafes, stores, shopping centers, cafes, and Istanbul.

    We had a canny time here! Staff were dead friendly, especially Mr Burak and Selim who were dead helpful. The spa was lush, and the pool was a right treat after a day out. Only downside was the wifi in the room could've been better.

    A cute stay full of charm

    The radiant smiles of the staff. Our upgraded room was not only spacious but boasted a beautiful view that we couldn't get enough of. Breakfast was a good spread of mouth-watering pastries and a variety of cheeses, enjoyed in a vibrant atmosphere with live music- a highlight of our mornings.

    We faced a delay with the transport to the airport, which required some patience on our part. Lastly, navigation from the lobby to the rooms could be better explained, as it took us some time to find our way.

    Simply nothing to complain about, really nice stay. Clean wonderful accommodation with pleasant staff and incredible location by taxi or private transportation. Varied and assorted breakfast with pastries and juices and good customer service.

    -The friendliness of the staff who upgraded us for free in a family room my wife, my children and myself. -Spacious and modern room. -The location of the hotel in a very lively area (Nisantasi), no need for a taxi to walk around or find what you need.

    We moved a sofa and floor was very dirty, with a packet of aperitif cakes open. Breakfast was not to our liking.

    welcome and availability of the staff, service in general, in a few days you feel at home. location is also perfect.
